Career Perspective Day 2026
We are pleased to invite you to the Critical Urbanisms Career Perspectives Day 2026, an event designed to support you as you prepare to enter the job market and take the next steps in your professional journey. Building on earlier editions, this year’s programme offers interactive sessions, expert guidance, and practical insights on applications, funding, and career development.
This year’s Career Perspectives Day will take place over two days, one in the spring and the other in the fall, with more activities and opportunities to follow. The programme outlined below corresponds to the first day.
This session is organised in collaboration with the Career Service Center (CSC) and the Career Advancement Office (CAO) of the University of Basel. The sessions will be led by Dr. Birgit Müller (CSC) and Dr. Marianne Mathys (CAO), who will help you navigate diverse career paths and strengthen your application skills.

11:15 – 12:00: Finding Funding with Dr. Marianne Mathys

These sessions are by appointment only. To book your slot, please email y.rachidi@clutterunibas.ch by April 17. Spots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
